There is two ways to track your stolen laptop without any software that is Google and Microsoft. Yes let me tell you the ways. If you are already a windows premium account owner and already have logged in to your laptop then visit,

https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Here you will see the location where your laptop is using now by someone. Now if you don't have a premium Microsoft license but you are a Gmail user and logged in on your browser then visit,

https://myaccount.google.com/device-activity

These two links are from Mircosoft and Google. They are helping you to track your devices. What to do if you don't have a logged-in account Microsoft or google? Just complain to the police and remember to change all the online account passwords that are saved on your device browser or a text file of your hard disk.
