Orbund is a US-based software company looking for a Java developer responsible for building Java applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and develop software solutions.
Work with a data team to analyze and design databases for the application.
Keep up-to-date documentation on processes and code.
Communicate across the enterprise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
B.Sc Degree in the related field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Related Field)
Programming experience with Java, and SQL.
Well-versed in other platforms and technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery)
Experience in development and deployment using Linux or UNIX systems
Source code management and bug tracking software, including Jira
Must have experience on GIT
Strong oral and written communication skills
Genuine desire to learn
Experience Requirements: 2 -3 years
Job Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hour: Monday-Friday 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
